How much does it cost to get Stereo & Reverse Camera Installed?It depends on what car you have, small to medium size cars can cost between $110- $150, for larger cars (Van, Trucks, SUV etc.) can cost $130+. Please note: This cost does not include the cost of the head-unit, reverse camera, that you decide to get installed.

How much does it cost to get AMP/SUB/Speakers installed?It can cost $100+ depending on the size of your car.

When do orders get shipped once purchased from our store?All orders purchased on a weekday from Monday to Thursday will get shipped the following day, if you have purchased your order on a Friday or weekend, it will get shipped on Monday, it usually takes 2-3 working days to reach you if you are in a residential area, for rural areas it can take up to 5-7 days. (If your order is urgent please contact us on carsoundsnz@gmail.co.nz and we can arrange overnight courier).

Do we ship outside New Zealand?No, we only ship our products within New Zealand as we are only operating our business within New Zealand.

Do we provide Mobile Services?Yes we only provide mobile services within Auckland, there will be an extra charge for mobile depending on where you are located, the minimum price for mobile is $30. Please note: Mobile services is only within Auckland, New Zealand.

Do we provide car frames?Yes we do, as they are not loaded on our store, please ask our friendly staff and they will be able to assist you on the right frame that will fit your stereo purchase.

Need a specialized stereo?If you are looking for a specialized stereo for your car that is not available in our store, please get in touch our team and we will do our best to assist you.

What do I need to provide to get a stereo installation quote?Please provide the type of Stereo you want to install, the type of car you have and a picture of your stereo dashboard and we will be able to give you a quote and also let you know if the stereo is compatible with your car or not.

Do all stereos come with a CD/DVD player?No, please check the description before purchasing and if you are unsure, please get in touch with our team.

Do all stereos have AM radio function?No, not all stereos have AM radio function, please check with our team before purchasing.

Does Universal CarPlay stereo come with Offline GPS Map?No it does not have the Offline GPS Map function, the way CarPlay works is to connect your phone (Android/iPhone) to the stereo to be able to access GPS map system.

Does Android CarPlay stereo come with Offline GPS Map?Yes, all Android stereos have offline GPS Map.

How do I know if the stereo fits my car?Please get in touch with our team and provide a photo of your stereo dashboard and we will be able to let you know if the stereo is compatible or not.

Refund Policy?Please chose your product with care as we do not give a refund due to change of mind, if the goods you have purchased is faulty then we will either provide a full refund or exchange under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If the product has become faulty due to customer negligence, then we will not be responsible for that.

Warranty Policy?All products are covered under a different period for warranty, please check the warranty policy for your product before purchasing.

What happens if I have purchased a stereo that doesn't fit your car?As long as the stereo is in the same condition that you have purchased it, including all the items in the box, then we can provide a full refund/exchange. Please note: You will be responsible for the extra courier charges when sending the product back.

I have already purchased a Stereo/Subwoofer/Speakers/Dashcam/Reverse Camera from another store and need installation only?Yes, we can provide installation for these products please get in touch with our team and we can provide a quote and arrange an appointment that suites you.

What happens if I already have a reverse camera and it's currently working and I only need to change my stereo?Please advise our team that you have a reverse camera already, as not all existing reverse cameras are compatible with the new stereo that is getting installed, our team will check to see if the reverse camera is compatible and adjust the price accordingly, if it is not compatible then a new reverse camera will need to be installed.
